Progression in Steal A Verity is a cycle rather than a straight level list. Boxes produce Verity Pets, pets earn money, money improves the treadmill and base, treadmill training adds Speed, and Speed makes harder or more contested box runs practical. If one part stops, find the broken link instead of buying every visible upgrade.

This hub covers the three decisions that control that cycle. How to Train Speed explains the train-and-retest method. Money Guide shows how to turn box results into dependable spending power. Base Upgrades helps you choose capacity, training, and protection changes without inventing costs or effects.

Choose your progression guide

New players usually benefit from reading the Money Guide and Train Speed together. Base upgrades become urgent when full slots, weak training, or repeated raids prevent the next successful loop.

Symptom
Likely limit
Test
Guide
You cannot return with boxes.
Speed or route
Train briefly, then repeat the same empty and loaded path.
Upgrades feel unaffordable.
Income or failed runs
Track completed boxes and active pet income for one session.
New pets have no useful space.
Capacity
Read the live base or slot upgrade and open after adding room.
Other players erase progress.
Protection and awareness
Shorten trips and measure the effect of one verified defense purchase.

The test matters because two limits can look similar. Low money might come from weak pets, but it can also come from failing too many carries or losing value during raids. More income does not help if the base cannot keep it.

Build the reliable loop first

Choose one nearby Monster Verity box and complete it repeatedly. Open the results, keep the strongest verified earners active, and collect or observe their money. Buy a small, clearly described treadmill or base improvement. Then run the same route again.

That repetition creates a benchmark. If the route becomes easier, Speed or training helped. If more pets can remain active, capacity helped. If income survives while you leave, protection helped. If nothing changes, inspect the purchase and the live UI before spending again.

Avoid basing progression on a single rare opening. A rare pet can accelerate the loop, but a plan that works only after lucky loot is not a beginner route.

Train while boxes open

Current gameplay guides show that boxes can use opening timers. Once a box is safely processing, move to the treadmill or handle another safe base task instead of watching the countdown. This lets opening and Speed progression happen together.

Do not leave with another box until you know the current queue and capacity can handle it. Productive waiting should reduce idle time, not create overflow or expose a half-finished base.

Spend for the next repeatable gain

Think in terms of completed loops per session. Treadmill improvements matter when training produces too little Speed. Capacity matters when useful pets cannot stay active or new opens have nowhere to go. Protection matters when other players regularly take more value than your routes create.

Cosmetic or unclear purchases wait until the core cycle is stable. If the game offers trails or other movement multipliers, read the current description, confirm whether they must be equipped, and measure the same route before assuming the purchase stacks with treadmill Speed.

Early, middle, and later priorities

Early progression focuses on one safe box route, active pet income, and the treadmill. Middle progression adds capacity, collection goals, and a second source that your improved Speed can reach. Later progression can spend more time on rare entries, player raids, and boss content because the income floor already recovers from a bad attempt.

These are decision stages, not fixed Speed thresholds. Community pages repeat milestones such as 10k, 50k, or roughly 1M, but the developer has not published them as permanent gates. Use the requirement shown in your current client and the result of your benchmark route.

The current store lists X2 MONEY, X2 Unbox Speed, and x2 Boss Rewards passes. Their names suggest areas of acceleration, but official descriptions were empty. A pass is most useful only after you identify the matching bottleneck.

Do not buy an income pass while losing every box, an opening pass while rarely banking targets, or a boss pass before you can complete the encounter. The Gamepasses guide includes current IDs, prices, and F2P alternatives.

Common progression traps

  • Hoarding money while an affordable upgrade blocks every route.
  • Spending everything on one system while capacity or defense collapses.
  • Copying old checkpoint numbers instead of reading the current requirement.
  • Standing beside opening timers instead of training or managing the base.
  • Chasing rare targets with no reliable recovery route.
  • Changing several pets and upgrades at once, then guessing what helped.

A one-hour structure

Spend the opening block on safe boxes and pet income. Use the second block for treadmill training and a route retest. Buy one upgrade with a clear purpose. Use the third block for a new box source, Index gap, player opportunity, or boss check. Finish with reliable income again so the next session starts stronger than this one.

This structure protects progress without removing risk. The stretch attempt can fail, but it is surrounded by repeatable actions that still produce money, Speed, and route knowledge.

What remains unverified

Exact costs, level caps, training rates, Speed gates, trails, income ticks, offline rules, capacity values, protection effects, and upgrade names require current-client evidence. The official description confirms the categories—treadmill, base, Speed, pet income—not their numerical implementation.

Use the Beginner Guide for the first loop, Boxes when acquisition fails, and Pets when the result is hard to evaluate. Progression improves fastest when each page answers one broken link.
